the interior design impressed me. high quality materials were visible throughout the hotel. the breakfast was great, it had a very diverse selection.
i FOUND a pair of fancy knickers left behind by someone in my room. i was also disappointed that the gym was closed . i was offered a free drink for the inconvenience though

the breakfast was AMAZING. decor was stylish and lots of greenery and indoor plants created A Great atmosphere.
there IS No refrigerator in the room and no phone. there is also no keyhole in the door, I find it odd. the staff was Extremely unprofessional.

The room had good wifi, this was important as i needed to work. The gym was convenient, allowing me to maintain my routine (i appreciate that). I found the sauna spacious and relaxing. I also appreciated the kind staff who were very helpful .
The hotel is on a busy road, i heard occasional ambulance sirens because of the nearby hospital.

The room was spacious and well-decorated with a perfect finish, including the bathroom. The bathroom also had a large shower and underfloor heating, which I liked. There was good storage within the room.

lengthy check-inuncleaned room
the check-in process proved quite lengthy. i spent around ten minutes filling out a form that could have been completed online beforehand.. then, upon reaching my allocated room, i found it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. this required a return trip to reception and allocation of another room. the delay was considerable.
